At Y Label Apparel, we strive to provide products that enable our customers to dress to kill without killing their wallets. As such, we meticulously assemble and specialize in providing affordable pieces that have a luxury feel to them, but with the smallest price tag possible.

 

Shipping

We offer free international shipping from our worldwide distribution centers. If you order more than one item, you may receive your items separately depending on which distribution center it is coming from.

Shipping generally takes 1-3 weeks depending on where in the world you are located.  This allows us to keep our shipping 100% FREE for you our customer.

 

Chinese New Year 2019 Shipping

Orders placed between January 27th - February 10th will ship February 11th due to a shipping, logistics, and distribution company holiday for Chinese New Year. Thank you for shopping with us, and thank you for your patience!

 

Expedited Shipping

For expedited shipping that arrives in 3-5 business days, please contact us prior to placing your order with the name of the item and the size you would need. Expedited shipping carries a flat rate of $20 USD.

 

Currency

All of our item prices are listed in USD.

 

Sales Tax

Tax is included in the sale price.

 

International Duties & Taxes

There may be a duties tax depending on your location which will be charged upon delivery. Please make sure to check with your local customs guidelines.

 

Payment

We accept American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Visa, and other credit cards through Stripe.

 

Order Status

Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will automatically be sent to the provided email address with an order number for reference.

 

Order Changes & Cancellation

If you decide that you would like to change or cancel an order after placement, please contact us immediately as we cannot make changes once shipped.

 

Sizing

Exact measurements are listed on each item for reference.

 

Returns

All items can be returned within 14 days after delivery. If you wish to return an item for either a refund or exchange, please contact us and we will get that started with you. All return post charges lie at the customers expense.
